Biophilic Design

is an approach to interior design that incorporates natural elements, materials, and patterns in order to create spaces that are more connected to the natural world. The term "biophilia" refers to the innate human tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life.

Biophilic design may include elements such as plants, natural lighting, water features, and natural materials like wood and stone. It is also focused on creating a sense of connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces, with features such as large windows, skylights, and green roofs.

The benefits of biophilic design include improving air quality, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting overall well-being and productivity. This approach to interior design has become increasingly popular in recent years as more people recognize the importance of connecting with nature and the positive impact it can have on our mental and physical health.
